I’m Alice, a Mortgage Adviser at Guardian Smith based in Hawke’s Bay. I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals to create a better life. Supporting clients through home ownership and lending decisions is a really meaningful way for me to do that.

My focus is on keeping the process simple, clear, and as low-stress as possible. It’s not just about getting a loan — it’s about making sure the structure is right now and continues to work as life, goals, and circumstances change.

Outside of work, people and laughing as much as possible, I’m passionate about sport, and being active. I’m happiest on my surfboard or mountain bike. I’m currently doing a very average job of learning to wingfoil. I’m a proud mother of three young people, who are now and always my motivation for building a better future.
